# Login, Password Reset, and Phone Verification

You can log in to Collabstr with your email and password, or with a Google or Apple account. If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page. Creators can also add and verify a phone number by SMS.
## How to log in
###### 1. Enter your email and password
* Go to the [login page](https://collabstr.com/login).
* Enter your email and password, then click **Log in with Email**.
* You can also click **Log in with Google** or **Log in with Apple** to sign in without a password.
## How to log out
###### 1. Sign out from your account
* Click on your profile image
* Click **Sign Out**.
## How to reset your password
|| Reset links expire after 2 hours and can only be used once. Request a new one if yours no longer works.
###### 1. Request a reset link
* Go to the [login page](https://collabstr.com/login) and click **Forgot password?**.
* Enter your email and click **Reset Password**.
* Open the email from Collabstr and click **Set New Password**.
###### 2. Set a new password
* Enter a new password and confirm it. Your password needs at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number.
* Click **Confirm**.
## How to add and verify your phone number
Phone verification is available for creator accounts. Brand accounts do not have this option.
|| SMS delivery is not available in every country. If you do not receive a code, contact Collabstr support.
###### 1. Add your phone number
* Go to your [account settings](https://collabstr.com/account) and click **Enable SMS Alerts**.
* Choose your country, enter your mobile number, and click **Continue**.
###### 2. Enter the verification code
* Enter the six-digit code sent to your phone.
* Click **Verify**.

## FAQ
###### Why does Collabstr ask creators to verify a phone number?
A verified number lets Collabstr text you the moment you receive a new order or an unread message, so you do not miss one that landed in your email spam folder. It also helps confirm you are a real person behind your creator profile.
###### Can I skip phone verification?
Yes. If sending the code keeps failing, the option to skip appears so you can continue setting up your profile. You can add and verify your number from your account settings at any time afterward.
###### How do I turn off SMS alerts?
Go to your [account settings](https://collabstr.com/account), click **Disable SMS Alerts**, then click **Confirm**.
###### Can I opt out by texting STOP?
Yes. Reply STOP to any Collabstr text to opt out, or START to opt back in.
###### I did not receive my password reset email
Check your spam folder and confirm you used the email address on your account. You can send another link from the confirmation screen with **Resend Link**.
