# Choosing and Updating Your Subscription

Collabstr offers two subscription plans, **Pro** and **Premium**, which increase how many campaigns you can run each month and how many invite and tracking credits you get. What is included in each plan, and its price, is listed on the [pricing page](https://collabstr.com/pricing). Subscriptions apply to brand accounts only, creators do not pay a fee to use Collabstr.
## How to choose a plan
###### 1. Compare plans
* Open the [pricing page](https://collabstr.com/pricing).
* Compare what Pro and Premium include, and toggle between Monthly and Annual billing.
###### 2. Select a plan
* Click the plan you want.
* Enter your card details in the checkout window and confirm.
## How to switch plans
||| Switching plans takes effect immediately. You are charged or credited the prorated difference right away, whether you upgrade or downgrade.
###### 1. Open your payment settings
* Go to [account settings](https://collabstr.com/account) and click **Payment**.
###### 2. Select a new plan
* Click **Upgrade** on a higher-tier plan, or **Downgrade** on a lower-tier plan.
* Confirm the change in the checkout window.

## FAQ
###### What happens to my invite and tracking credits when I switch plans?
They update immediately to match the new plan.
###### What happens to campaigns I already have running if I downgrade?
They continue running. The new plan's limits apply to campaigns you create going forward.
###### Can I get a custom plan?
Custom and enterprise plans are set up by the Collabstr sales team, not from the pricing page. Contact your account manager or [Collabstr support](https://help.collabstr.com/).
###### Who can change the plan on a team account?
Only Admin-role team members.
