# How to Invite Team Members to Your Collabstr Account

If you manage a brand account on Collabstr, you can invite team members to manage your orders and campaigns. Team members who are invited to your Collabstr account will have the ability to manage campaigns and influencers in the same workspace.

## Inviting Team Members

Follow these steps to invite a new team member to your Collabstr workspace:

1. Log in to your Collabstr account.

2. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal bars) in the top-right corner of your profile.

3. Select **Team** from the dropdown menu.

4. On the far right, click **Invite Member**.

5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. To invite more than one member, separate emails with a comma.

6. Click **Invite**.


Once you send the invite, the person will receive an email from Collabstr. The email includes a **Join the Team** button.


## Accepting the Invitation

When the invited team member clicks **Join the Team**, they will:

1. Enter their name in the **"Invited Member'** field.

2. Create a password.

3. Click on ‘Join Team’


After completing these steps, the new member will have access to your brand’s workspace.


## FAQs

**Can I invite multiple team members at once?**
Yes. You can invite multiple people by entering their email addresses separated by commas in the invite field.

**What if the invited person does not receive the invitation email?**
Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder. If they still don’t see it, you can resend the invite by going to your **Team** page to check the invite status first.

**Can I remove a team member after inviting them?**
Yes. From the **Team** page, you can remove members at any time. They will immediately lose access to the workspace.

**Is there a limit to how many team members I can add?**
No, there is no limit. You can invite as many team members as needed for your brand’s collaboration.

**What permissions do team members have?**
Team members have the same workspace access as the main account **except** making billing changes, and removing other team members. They can access campaigns, orders, and chats with creators.

**How many users can log in to a Collabstr account at the same time?**
Collabstr accounts are designed for individual use. If you need multiple team members to access and manage collaborations, you’ll need to use the Invite feature. This feature allows you to invite team members to your account.
