How to Search for Influencers

Searching lets you filter Collabstr's marketplace of creators by platform, content type, followers, price, and more. Age, Ethnicity, and Language filters require a paid plan. See What's included in premium search filters below.

Available Search Filters

• Category – Enter keywords or a niche to search by topic, for example fitness, tech, or vegan recipes.
• Platform – Filter by platform: Instagram, TikTok, UGC, YouTube, X (Twitter), Twitch, or Amazon.
• Location – Search by country, city, or region to find influencers in specific areas.
• Followers – Set a minimum and maximum follower count.
• Price – Set a minimum and maximum price. Results include creators with at least one package priced in that range.
• Gender – Filter influencers by gender.
• Age – Filter by a creator's age. Requires a paid plan.
• Ethnicity – Filter by a creator's ethnicity. Requires a paid plan.
• Language – Filter by the languages a creator speaks. Requires a paid plan.
• Content Type – Available after you select a platform. Options depend on the platform, for example:
• • Instagram: Photo Feed Post, Reel, Story, Live
  • YouTube: Video, Short, Livestream

What's Included in Premium Search Filters

Age, Ethnicity, and Language filters unlock on the Pro plan and above. The Free plan can search and filter by platform, category, content type, followers, location, price, and gender only.

• Free – Age, Ethnicity, and Language are not included.
• Pro, Premium, and Enterprise – Age, Ethnicity, and Language are included.
• Upgrade from the pricing page to unlock Age, Ethnicity, and Language. Advanced search filters unlock on the same plan tier as posting campaigns, but the two are separate: Pro allows 1 campaign per month, and Premium and Enterprise allow unlimited campaigns. Advanced search filters have no separate usage limit once unlocked.

How To

1. Access the Search Tool

• Log in to your brand account.
• From your dashboard, click “Search” in the top navigation bar.
• You can also access search directly from the homepage without logging in.

2. Use Keywords & Categories

• Enter keywords like fitness, tech, or vegan recipes.
• Combine with platform filters to narrow results.
• Click Search to view results.

3. Apply Filters

• Refine your search using filters such as followers, gender, age, price, and more.

4. Review Influencer Profiles

• Click a profile to view their portfolio, pricing, and audience insights.
• Check their content style to make sure it aligns with your brand.
• Audience analytics are available on each profile under the Analytics section.

5. Save or Contact Creators

• Click the heart icon to save creators to a List.
• Organize saved creators into different lists for easy access later.
• If you’re ready to collaborate, use “Add to Cart” to begin booking.

Does the search tool support searching for influencers on multiple platforms at once?

No, you can only filter by one platform at a time when using the platform filters on the search bar.

Do I need to pay to view influencer profiles?

No, browsing influencer profiles is free. You only pay when placing an order.

Can I save creators for later?

Yes. you can save creators to Lists using the "Save" option on their profile.

Where can I view a creator’s audience analytics?

Audience analytics are available on each creator’s profile under the Analytics section.
