# Join as a Brand

Signing up as a brand on Collabstr is free. Brand accounts are for buyers on the marketplace, such as businesses or marketing agencies, that want to hire influencers. With a brand account, you can place orders or post campaigns to connect with influencers.

### **When You Need a Brand Account**

You will need a brand account before you can:

* Hire influencers
* Post campaigns
* Access most features on Collabstr


### **Steps to Sign Up**

1. Go to [Collabstr Brand Signup](https://collabstr.com/brand-signup).
2. Enter your full name, brand name, email, and password, then click **Sign Up**. You can also sign up using Google or Apple.
3. If you did not sign up using Google or Apple, check your email for a verification code and enter it when prompted.
4. Complete the onboarding steps to finish setting up your account.

### **FAQs**

**I didn’t get the verification email**
* Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
* If you find the email there, mark it as safe or whitelist emails from @collabstr.com to ensure you receive future updates about your orders.
* If you still do not see the code, request a new one from the signup page.

**How much does it cost to sign up as a brand?**
It is free to create a brand account. You can start hiring influencers right away without a subscription. Some premium features are available to subscribers, which you can view on our [pricing page](https://collabstr.com/pricing).

**Can I switch from a creator account to a brand account?**
No. You need to delete your creator account before you can create a brand account with that same email.

**How can I delete my brand account?**
To delete your brand account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to **Account > Settings > Delete Account**


Please note:

* You cannot delete your account if you have any active orders. All orders must be closed before deletion.
* Any active subscriptions will be automatically cancelled when your account is deleted.

**How many brands can I manage under a single account?**
Each Collabstr account is designed to represent one brand. If you manage multiple brands, you’ll need a separate account for each.

For agencies, there are two options:

* Create individual accounts for each client brand (best for clean separation).
* Create one agency account under your agency’s name, and run campaigns for different clients from there.


Choose the setup that best fits how you manage your clients.

**Can I change my brand name after signing up?**
No. Due to security reasons your will not be able to modify your brand name for existing accounts. You should contact support so that they can do this on your behalf.
