# Supported Payout Methods

Collabstr processes all creator payouts securely through **Dots.dev**, a trusted global payout provider. This gives you flexibility in how you receive your money, whether through direct bank transfers, PayPal, mobile wallets, or local payout rails. Once your content is approved by the brand, your payment is released into your Collabstr account balance. From there, you can withdraw using one of the supported payout methods below.

**Where is my Payout?**
To check the status of your payout visit [https://collabstr.com/earnings](https://collabstr.com/earnings). If the order says it is paid, you should check your Dots wallet to see the status of the payout by logging in at [https://my.dots.dev/login](https://my.dots.dev/login).

**Are there fees for payouts?**
Collabstr charges a 15% commission on all order payouts.

**My payout link has expired, how do I get a new one?**
If your payout link has expired, you should [create a ticket with Collabstr support](https://collabstr.com/support) so that we can re-issue your payout link.
