Join as a Brand

Signing up as a brand on Collabstr is free. Brand accounts are for buyers on the marketplace, such as businesses or marketing agencies, that want to hire influencers. With a brand account, you can place orders or post campaigns to connect with influencers.

What a brand account unlocks

1. Start the sign-up

• Open the brand sign-up page.
• Enter your full name, brand name, email, and password, then select Sign Up. You can also sign up with Google or Apple.

2. Verify your email

• If you did not sign up with Google or Apple, enter the verification code sent to your email.

3. Finish onboarding

• Complete the onboarding steps to set up your account.

FAQ

Why have I not received my verification email?

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you find it there, mark it as safe so future Collabstr emails are not filtered again. If you still do not see it, request a new code from the sign-up page.

Can I switch from a creator account to a brand account?

No. You must delete your creator account before creating a brand account with the same email.

How can I delete my brand account?

Go to Account > Settings > Delete Account. You cannot delete your account while you have active orders. Close them first. Any active subscription is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.

How many brands can I manage under one account?

Each account represents one brand. If you manage more than one, use a separate account for each, or run one agency account and manage campaigns for each client from there.

Can I change my brand name after signing up?

No. Contact support to have your brand name changed on your behalf.
